Guided Art Journaling
What:
Art journaling is a contemplative practice that uses words, lines, colors, and images to record experiences, learn about ourselves, transform, and grow mindfully.
Guided art journaling erases the intimidation of a blank page and offers focused exercises designed to calm your nervous system, release your creative blocks, and open yourself to new insight. We will work with reflective prompts and specific artistic methods to process our self-discoveries.
